Mpho among others, is the immediate past Chairman of Nedbank Group & Nedbank Limited, Chairman of Arcelormittal South Africa Ltd (February 2013 - May 2022), Chairman SAFCOL SOC LTD (October 2018 - May 2023), Chairman Investing In Africa Mining Indaba Advisory Board (October 2016 - December 2021), Chairman Eskom Holdings Ltd (November 2009- June 2011 and October 2022-October 2023) and a past member of the Future World Network [June 2002 - December 2010 - www.futureworld.org]

Our team of coaches include Mr Kgubudi Breyten Mojapelo, a genius in environmental sustainability. Currently the Managing Director of KT 1,5°C Environmental Sustainability Consulting, Breyten is a thought leader and trusted expert in his field of environmental sustainability. His enlightening insights were featured in the 2016 Standard Bank Report to Society and in 2017, the Johannesburg Stock Exchange’s (JSE) Down to Earth magazine featured him on environmental sustainability matters. He was also asked to come and share his invaluable knowledge by presenting at a National Business Initiative (NBI) event The NBI is a coalition of South African and multination businesses working towards sustainable growth and development. He:  Holds a BSc Microbiology; BSc (H) Applied Science: Environmental Technology; PGDip Environmental Law.  Is a registered Professional Scientist with South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions. (SACNASP). He has expertise and experience in Carbon Accounting, Corporate Sustainability/ESG, Climate Change and Environmental Risk Management and Environmental law and Compliance.

More Makwana is an experienced Internal Audit professional with more than 12 years’ experience in different facets of internal audit—as well as complementary expertise in general accounting, quality assurance, risk analysis and compliance. Her skills and capabilities include the ability to manage internal audit engagements, provide technical guidance to audit staff, evaluate internal controls, and provide value-adding recommendations to management of various business units. She has experience of working in both the private and public sector (including State Owned Entities). Her career started at National Treasury, where she worked her way up to an Assistant Director. Her private sector experience includes Santam Limited, Flight Centre Travel Group and KPMG. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Internal Auditing (Unisa), Bachelor of Accounting Science (Wits University), a certificate in Auditing Information Systems (Wits University), a certificate in Performance Auditing (Unisa) and has completed a program in Forensic and Investigative Auditing (Unisa). She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and is currently working towards obtaining the CIA certification.

His trusted IT skills expand to project management, IT management, business analysis, data governance, data compliance, and control implementations. He expertly applies these skills to achieve the intended corporate goals and business requirements while collaborating with the relevant stakeholders and executives to formulate decisions that are aligned to their objectives of their business. With his drive for innovation, he excels in adapting and aligning technological solutions with organizational objectives and optimized IT infrastructure. Mafise holds a Postgraduate qualification in Business Management from Regenesys Business School, a National Diploma in Information Technology and a Bachelors in Project Management, both obtained at Central University of Technology (CUT).

Lindiwe Sithole (Mrs Makgobe) a trusted Entity Derivatives Trader at Liberty Finance, is one of the friendliest faces in the company and she forms part of our coaching team. With a deep passion for mathematics and community building, Lindiwe is right where she belongs. She has over 10 years-experience in her field and her heart is set on nurturing long term change while her mind is obsessed with financial markets, analysing data and solving real- world problems. So intentional about her love for mathematics and imparting her knowledge, that in 2014, she volunteered at inKamva Yomphakathi Community Project in Secunda as a mathematics tutor for Grade 9 Grade 11 learners. She did not stop at her BSc and Honours Degree in Mathematics from the University of the Witwatersrand, but her innovative and determined drive, led her to complete a Masters Degree in Mathematics (Topology) from the University of South Africa (UNISA). During her studies at UNISA, she published an article in a top-tier journal called Elsevier titled: “On the sublocale of an algebraic frame induced by the d-nucleus.”
