Mpho Makwana is the Head of our coaching and mentoring team. An accomplished leader with over 35 years of experience, 28 of which were in executive C-suite roles in both the private and public sectors, including 17 as Chair of various Boards of Directors. Mpho is the immediate past Chairman of Nedbank Group and Nedbank Limited, Chairman of Arcelormittal South Africa Ltd (February 2013 - May 2022), Chairman of SAFCOL SOC LTD (October 2018 - May 2023), Chairman of the Investing In Africa Mining Indaba Advisory Board (October 2016 - December 2021) and Chairman of Eskom Holdings Ltd (November 2009 - June 2011 and October 2022 - October 2023). Mpho was also a past member of the Future World Network (June 2002 - December 2010).
