No. We help anyone who is an aspiring professional. We are here to help unearth your personal mastery and life purpose, recognising the unique individual that you are.

How old do I need to be to acquire your services?

There are no age restrictions to the service we provide.

Will my personal information be safe in your possession?

Yes, it will be. As a credible and ethical company, we are in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (or the PoPi Act) which is a piece of legislation that governs the law of data protection and privacy in South Africa.

How long is the coaching and mentoring programme?

Our services are not limited to a prescribed time period. We offer the service for as long as the client deems fit.

What is the maximum number of people you can accommodate for team coaching and mentoring bookings?

We can accommodate a maximum of 30 people for team coaching and mentoring.

I do not live in South Africa. Can I still gain access to your services?

Yes. Our services are not limited to South Africa as technology allows us to be accessible from anywhere in the world.

Can you travel to where I am to offer your services?

Yes. We operate within a certain radius and this can be arranged upon your booking.

Do you offer different rates for the different ways of conducting your sessions?

Yes. Our rates depend on whether sessions are online or physical and also on the duration per session. An agreement is reached and signed before coaching and mentoring commences, stipulating how things will be conducted.

How do the roundtables work?

Roundtables are booked ahead of time. We arrange the set up and give you the time and place for the event.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the services received?

A certain portion paid towards your booking is non-refundable. This can be discussed depending on the circumstances around the dissatisfaction in services provided.
